Highland Memory Gardens Verified listing

Two plots near the road, Hwy BB, between Cottage Grove and Madison WI.  Mother passed away a year ago and was cremated and father no longer needs the sites.  New plots are currently selling for $2199 each, asking $2000 for both.  There is also a $499 transfer fee to be paid by buyer during transfer of ownership but that will be waived if there are other changes made to the purchase by new buyer.  This equates to a savings of $2400!  Thanks for looking!
