Acacia Park Cemetery is located at 7800 W. Irving Park Road, Norridge, Illinois 60706. This century-old cemetery is just 15 miles from Chicago, Illinois, and opened in 1922.

Four lots & multiple mausoleums were purchased in 1940s or 1950s for the family. All four graves remain available.

I as the Seller will initiate and file all the necessary paperwork to effectuate the transfer. I will also pay the applicable Cemetery Transfer Fees.

The transfer process is SIMPLE and will be as follows:
1 - The Purchaser must contact me (the Seller) WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF THIS LISTING with the name(s) and address(es) of all transferees (all parties who should be named on the deed).
2 - As soon as I receive the transferee details, I as the Seller will initiate a transfer request with Acacia Park Cemetery by paying the Cemetery's 220.00 transfer fee and then promptly return the notarized Transfer Form to the Cemetery.
3 - According to Acacia Park Cemetery personnel, transfer requests are typically processed within one day AFTER the Cemetery receives fully executed transfer forms.
4 - The Cemetery Deed for the burial plots will be prepared by the Cemetery and delivered through U.S. mail by the Cemetery directly to the Purchaser at the address provided by the Purchaser (at the close of this listing).
5 - The Deed shall be delivered by the Cemetery to the Purchaser by U.S. mail. Purchaser cannot specify or change the delivery method to be used by the Cemetery.
6 - Reasonable delays are probable and should be expected. The completion time of the deed transfer may vary.
7 - Purchaser is solely responsible for providing accurate information to the Seller including the name of each desired transferee and the full address of each transferee.
8 - Purchaser is solely responsible for all costs associated with correcting errors on the "new" Cemetery Deed that result from the Purchaser providing inaccurate information to the Seller. Please double-check the names and address of each transferee before submitting that information to the Seller.
